Especially our latest experience, where we ended up having to go to the emergency vet and Westmount did not charge us for their exam to help save some of the imminent cost. A small gesture that will go a very long way. We felt very taken care of and I feel I can trust their advice when they give it because they’ve shown me they will do what’s best for me and my dog even if they don’t benefit. They have always been lovely to book into, easy to work with (with a quirky, not-good-with-other-animals dog), and I always enjoy seeing the team. (Josh, you’re such a delight!) A big shoutout to Dr. Fraser who performed the initial surgery and also to Dr. Pugh who helped my cat fluffy today in record time.
