Hi, I’m Jessie! I’m originally from Ontario, but after moving to Alberta two years ago, I quickly fell in love with the wide-open spaces, wildlife, and endless opportunities to be outdoors. Even though I completed my BA in Art History, I felt a strong pull toward conservation, which led me to volunteer with the Alberta Institute for Wildlife Conservation and eventually work as a Wildlife Rehabilitator. I’m now pursuing my Veterinary Technology diploma while building my skills in small-animal practice here at Westmount Animal Clinic. I love being able to combine my passion for animal care with hands-on clinical experience and a team that truly cares. When I’m not studying or in the clinic, you can usually find me out in the mountains exploring with my dog, Freya—my favourite adventure partner.
